Having a lawyer who knows the local court matters. We have litigated in the courts of the Metroplex since 2015 and we know how each of them runs — how quickly a docket moves, what a judge expects at the first setting, and how long a case takes from filing to trial. Which court hears yours depends on where the collision happened and where the defendant lives, not on the city you live in.
If you cannot travel to us, we will come to you. We meet clients at home and in hospital across the Metroplex, and the first conversation can be by phone or video the same day you call.
