I-20 Motorcycle and Car Accident

One Man Dead After Accident While Giving Insurance Information

Sergio Torres Hernandez, who was driving a silver Toyota sedan, was killed following an accident in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 20 while trying to exchange information with the driver of another vehicle.

Witnesses at the scene say that the motorcyclist was speeding while crossing multiple lanes of traffic and struck the 26-year-old father while he was standing behind his vehicle.

The car and motorcycle accident on February 3, 2023, also left a motorcyclist dead, and Hernandez’s wife received severe mouth injuries.

The police closed all lanes of Interstate 20 from Granbury Road to McCart Avenue for several hours while they investigated the accident. Fort Worth Police Department officials have not released the name of the motorcyclist.

Paying for the Aftermath of Dallas Car Accidents

Hernandez’s brother set up a Go Fund Me account asking people to help cover the family’s immediate expenses. They are now in a position where they will have to fund a funeral to lay the young father to rest while his wife undergoes surgery to reconstruct her face. Unfortunately, dealing with the aftermath of a car accident resulting in death can be very expensive. Therefore, you need a personal injury lawyer to help you figure out the details and collect money from those who have caused car accidents.
