Answered around the clock by a lawyer rather than a message service. Call rather than write if your filing deadline is close, or if an adjuster is pressing you for a recorded statement — those are the two situations where a single day matters.

By email or form
Send what happened and an attorney reads it before ringing you back, usually the same day. Better than the phone if you want the details written down, or if you are asking on someone else’s behalf.

In person
Appointments in North Dallas, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. If you cannot travel — and after a serious injury most people cannot — say so when you call and we come to you, at home or in hospital. Se habla español.
Before You Call
What lets us evaluate it fastest
None of this is required and nothing waits on it. It is simply what turns a first call into an answer rather than into a second call.

The date and place
When the collision happened, and where — the road, the junction, the premises.

The report number
The police or incident report number, if one was made at the scene.
- 03
The other parties
Their names, and their insurance carriers if you have been given them.

Photographs
Anything you took of the scene, the vehicles, or your injuries.
- 05
Your treatment
Where you have been seen so far, and what you were told there.
- 06
Insurer correspondence
Any letter, form or release an insurer has sent you — particularly anything asking for a signature.
