The Founder
Aaron Genthe
As a graduate of Texas A&M, Aaron immediately decided personal injury was where he wanted to make his mark. For years he was a litigator at one of the larger firms here in Dallas, where he built a reputation as an aggressive and effective attorney — and where he saw how often clients fall through the cracks at a firm that size.
That is why he founded Genthe Law Firm. He takes a personalised, hands-on approach to helping clients navigate the legal system and achieve the justice they deserve, built on midwestern values of humility, hard work, caring for the community and keeping family first.
Aaron is a proud husband and father. In his free time you can find him with his family, and occasionally sneaking out to go fishing.

The Team
Who you will actually speak to
A case is not run by one person. These are the case managers, paralegals and attorneys who handle the treatment, the records, the liens and the filings — and who answer the phone when you call to ask where your claim stands. They are set out below in the order a claim reaches them.
Pre-Litigation
Before a suit is filed. Treatment, medical records, and the demand to the insurer — where most claims begin and many of them finish.

Breana Robledo
Office Manager · Pre-Litigation
Breana serves as the Office Manager at Genthe Law Firm, P.C., where she plays a vital role in keeping our operations efficient, organized, and client-focused. With nearly a decade of experience in the personal injury field, her background as a Pre-Litigation Case Manager gives her a unique understanding of how each part of the firm connects.
Known for her steady leadership and approachable style, Breana is the go-to person who keeps everything moving behind the scenes — coordinating internal systems, assisting team members, and ensuring the office runs seamlessly.

Mariana Covarrubias
Pre-Litigation Case Manager
Mariana is often the first friendly voice clients hear when they reach out to the firm. A highly experienced pre-litigation case manager, she is a trusted guide from the very first call through the client’s medical treatment and recovery. She works closely with clients to make sure they understand each step of their case, coordinating medical care, handling documentation, and keeping communication clear and consistent.
Alicia Garcia
Pre-Litigation Case Manager
Alicia guides clients through every step of their personal injury journey with care and precision. As a main point of contact for many of our clients, she ensures they feel heard, supported and informed from the moment they begin their case. She coordinates treatment, manages communication with providers, and helps clients navigate the process with confidence.

Aaliyah Gomez
Pre-Litigation Assistant
With a strong background in the medical field, Aaliyah brings unique insight into the documentation and coordination of injury claims. She works closely with clients and medical providers to ensure each case is built on solid understanding and communication.
Charlotte Lampios
Pre-Litigation Assistant
Charlotte provides essential support to our case managers and helps ensure each client’s case progresses smoothly, assisting with gathering documentation, organising records and maintaining communication so that every detail is handled accurately.
Litigation
Once suit is filed. Pleadings, discovery, depositions and trial preparation — and, at the end of it, the liens and the closing.

Jamie Armstrong
Attorney
Jamie is a licensed attorney in Texas and Tennessee. She brings exceptional writing skills, analytical strength, and an unwavering attention to detail to every case she works on. Her talent for crafting clear, persuasive briefs reflects not only her command of the law but also her deep care for achieving the best results for clients.
A native of Mississippi, Jamie combines Southern warmth with professional precision. She’s known in our office for her kindness, strong work ethic, and genuine teamwork – always ready to lend a hand or share insight.

Akhil Manda
Paralegal, Litigation Department
Akhil supports our litigation team with precision and dedication, assisting with case preparation, discovery and trial support. Currently studying for the bar exam, he brings significant knowledge and drive to every case he touches.

Kristen Jennings
Litigation Paralegal
Kristen grew up in Arlington, attended UT Arlington and completed her paralegal studies at TCU. She loves the challenges that come with litigation and has a keen eye for detail that provides valuable insight into our clients’ cases as they prepare for trial.

Maria “Mia” Osburne
Case Manager & Paralegal · Litigation and Pre-Litigation
Mia handles one of the firm’s most critical stages – liens and file closures – with efficiency and care. Working across both litigation and pre-litigation, she makes sure every case concludes smoothly and every client receives the attention they deserve.
Records
Working across both stages. Every chart, bill and radiology report in your file was requested, chased and read by this desk.

Kasey Genthe
Medical Records
Kasey reviews and requests every record that comes into the firm — work that requires impeccable attention to detail and a working knowledge of how the medical provider networks in Dallas actually operate.
Not sure who has your file?
Call the office and whoever picks up can tell you where your claim stands, what has been requested and what is waiting on someone else. You do not need the name of the person handling it.
