About

The Genthe Law Firm Team

The attorneys, case managers and paralegals who will handle your claim — and who you will actually speak to when you call.

The Founder

Aaron Genthe

As a graduate of Texas A&M, Aaron immediately decided personal injury was where he wanted to make his mark. For years he was a litigator at one of the larger firms here in Dallas, where he built a reputation as an aggressive and effective attorney — and where he saw how often clients fall through the cracks at a firm that size.

That is why he founded Genthe Law Firm. He takes a personalised, hands-on approach to helping clients navigate the legal system and achieve the justice they deserve, built on midwestern values of humility, hard work, caring for the community and keeping family first.

Aaron is a proud husband and father. In his free time you can find him with his family, and occasionally sneaking out to go fishing.

The Team

Who you will actually speak to

A case is not run by one person. These are the case managers, paralegals and attorneys who handle the treatment, the records, the liens and the filings — and who answer the phone when you call to ask where your claim stands. They are set out below in the order a claim reaches them.

Pre-Litigation

Before a suit is filed. Treatment, medical records, and the demand to the insurer — where most claims begin and many of them finish.
