Aaron Genthe

As a graduate of Texas A&M, Aaron immediately decided personal injury was where he wanted to make his mark. For years, Aaron was a litigator at one of the larger law firms right here in Dallas, where he solidified his reputation as an aggressive and effective attorney. Always looking to improve and better serve those around him, Aaron realized that clients sometimes fall through the cracks at larger firms.
His desire to do better and serve better led Aaron to create Genthe Law Firm. He takes a personalized, hands-on approach to help clients to navigate the legal system and ultimately achieve the justice they deserve. read more
Aaron has built his career centered around his midwestern values of humility, hard work, caring for the community, and keeping family as the first priority. Having lived in Dallas for more than a decade, Aaron combines his core values with his Texas pride to do things differently.
Aaron is a proud husband and father of a rambunctious one-year-old son. In his free time, you can find Aaron spending time with family and occasionally sneaking out to go fishing.
Rebecca Rutan
Associate Attorney
Rebecca is an Associate Attorney at the Genthe Law Firm, P.C. that grew up in Brecksville, Ohio. Rebecca started an athletic fencing career at an early age which led her to competing nationally for The Ohio State University, where she obtained a degree in Criminology. After gaining her bachelor’s degree, she pursued a J.D. degree successfully at the University of Akron School of Law. While attending law school, Rebecca was involved in community outreach by completing clinics that assisted her local community.
Before joining the Genthe Law Firm, P.C., Rebecca clerked for the Akron Prosecutor’s office where she began gaining valuable trial experience. Rebecca is excited to continue her career in personal injury litigation and helping injured people take on insurance companies.
Alicia Genthe
Director of Development for Genthe Law Firm (and sister to Aaron)
Alicia is a dedicated professional who previously owned a business for 15 years. She hails from the Midwest, but now proudly calls Texas home.
With an acute knowledge of business development, client relations, and brand development through strong community outreach efforts, Alicia manages all aspects of growing Genthe Law Firm’s outstanding reputation for integrity and service.
Outside the office, Alicia enjoys spending time with her horse Phable and competing in equestrian events.
Kristen Jennings
Litigation Paralegal
Kristen Jennings is a litigation paralegal at the Genthe Law Firm, P.C. Kristen grew-up in Arlington, TX and attended college at UT Arlington and has successfully completed her paralegal studies at T.C.U. Kristen loves the challenges that come with litigation and has a keen eye for detail that helps her provide valuable insight into our clients’ cases as they prepare for trial.
Outside of work, Kristen loves to spend time with family and friends. Kristen, and her husband are the parents to two beautiful girls and dog, Pi.
Kasey Genthe
Medical Records
Kasey Genthe is in charge of medical records at Genthe Law Firm, P.C. Kasey grew up in Monroe, Wisconsin and got to Texas as quick as he could. Kasey reviews and requests all records that come in at our firm. Kasey enjoys his work because it requires impeccable attention to detail and vast knowledge of how the medical provider networks in Dallas work.
Kasey enjoys spending time with his Doberman, Lucy, reading, and painting in his spare time.
