Truck Accidents Are Serious Events

Truck accidents always have the potential to be catastrophic events because of the size and weight of the large vehicle in comparison to a passenger vehicle. However, many people do not think about the devastation that can occur when two semi-trucks are involved in an accident. The above accident resulted in a large fire from the fuel igniting one truck. One driver died at the scene, and the other suffered extensive burns. Burn injuries are some of the most devastating injuries that a person can suffer due to the extensive medical care and healing time required to recover from these injuries. A full investigation will be required to establish how this accident happened and who was at fault for the event. Once fault is determined, a personal injury or wrongful death case may be filed.
