North Dallas Car Crash Leaves One Person Dead

Were you or a loved one in an accident where injury or loss of life was involved? We offer our Genthe Guarantee where you don’t pay us until we recover for you.

North Dallas Car Crash Leaves One Person Dead

Police responded to a single-vehicle accident on March 31, 2022, at around 1:00 am. Upon arrival, police found the SUV on fire, and the driver of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the SUV was traveling north on Dallas Parkway when they lost control near Frankford Road.

The vehicle swerved and hit a utility pole and then two trees before stopping and catching on fire. It is unknown what made the driver lose control of the vehicle.

All Dallas Car Accidents Are Unique Events

Every car accident is a unique event that has its own set of circumstances. All accidents, however, may qualify for a compensation claim. Even the accident above may qualify for a wrongful death claim by the surviving family members.

If you have been injured or lost a loved one to an accident, speak with a Dallas personal injury lawyer about your rights to claim compensation.

What Can A Personal Injury Lawyer Do For Me?

Car accidents are never simple events. There are always challenges that must be met to show that the insurance company is responsible for paying compensation. Even in a complex accident situation like the one above, there still may be a wrongful death claim to be made.

If you are wondering what a personal injury lawyer can do for you when an accident occurs, you may be surprised by the many services they provide. Some of these services include:

  • Obtaining the police report and reviewing information.
  • Contact an accident reconstruction specialist if the information in the report is inconclusive.
  • Interview witnesses and conduct a complete investigation of the event.
  • Speak with medical professionals about the injuries sustained in the accident and the potential outcome of your recovery.
  • Gather data about medical bills, income losses, and other important information for creating a claim.
  • Manage all interactions with the insurance adjustor.
  • Prepare a settlement package and begin the negotiations process with the insurance company.
  • Take your claim to trial if necessary.

Your attorney will also provide you with legal advice and guidance regarding your personal injury.
