Overturned Cement Truck Stalls Dallas Traffic

On September 3, 2022, a cement truck overturned, blocking the westbound lanes of Interstate 30 and causing traffic to back up to Margaret McDermott Bridge, from where the truck accident occurred near Hampton Road. Officials with the fire department said that fuel spilled from the overturned truck, so it took a long time to clean up the accident, even after a tow truck removed the damaged cement truck. There are no reports that the driver received any injuries.

Recovering From Dallas Truck Accidents

While such accidents can cost you time, they can be much worse. If involved in a truck accident, your medical bills can rapidly increase if you receive injuries in the incident. You may even require long-term care as you strive to recover from the accident. Even in one-vehicle accidents like this one, it is not always clear who needs to receive blame. It could be poor highway conditions, or something may have gone mechanically wrong with the truck.

Do not stress about medical bills while trying to recover from an accident. Instead, use the services of an experienced personal injury lawyer to help make the person or company responsible pay your expenses.

Put a Personal Injury Lawyer to Work for You

After truck accidents, especially when you receive a personal injury, you need expert legal advice to help you recover. A personal injury lawyer can help build a case for you that convinces insurance companies and the courts that you deserve compensation for your injuries.
