Fort Worth Car Accidents Resulting In Death

The tragic accident listed above resulted in the death of both drivers. This is a tragedy for the families of both drivers. However, one driver was clearly the cause of this accident and the cause of the other driver’s death. As with any personal injury case, the responsible party should be held accountable for their actions, which in this case is wrongful death. Wrongful death occurs when an accident caused by another person or business causes an injury that is the direct cause of death to the victim. Wrongful death does not have to occur instantly or at the scene of the accident, just as a result of the injuries received. Surviving family members are encouraged to speak with a Dallas personal injury lawyer about the loss of their loved one and file a claim for compensation. Making a claim against the responsible party, or in this case, their estate protects you and your family from the financial losses you have experienced as a result of your loss. Families facing the devastation of losing their loved ones are already experiencing the emotional trauma of their loss. When you add to it the financial instability that can come from losing the income of the deceased family member, the tragedy is enhanced. Families should be allowed to grieve their lost loved ones without having to worry about being able to eat or pay their bills.
