Dallas Police Department officers have turned to Tracker to find out the identity of three teenagers seen leaving the scene of a deadly hit-and-run car accident, which occurred at about 11 a.m. on November 9, 2022. The accident happened at the intersection of November 9, 2022, at about 11 a.m. One of the teens was driving a Toyota Avalon when it struck a vehicle that stopped at a stop sign at Rosser Road and Royal Lane intersection.

First responders took 82-year-old Florence Kelly to the hospital, where she died. The teens also left behind their 13-year-old friend, who was in the car with them, because she was trapped and could not run with them.

Florence Kelly was going to the grocery store to buy groceries for her and her husband. She was his sole caretaker after he suffered a stroke a few weeks ago. The couple’s daughter said Mrs. Kelly was still healthy and independent.

Police Ask for the Public’s Help

Police have spoken with the owner of the car driven by the teens, but they have also released door camera footage from a nearby residence in hopes that anyone with additional details will come forward.
